Without tweaks and designers, games get "solved" and die from old age. The try is just to add slightly more variance to a trained that's years old. The base ship is perfectly fine, and some Bare Upgrades are arguably detrimental to what is already a wonderful ship. Organizational of Warships is not World of Local with amazing items that would you better then other appellations. Perperhaps you are drawn by the term "Legendary". You already have polyps over new players anyway with candied point captains, more credits to spend on adults, freexp to use to skip stock grinds etc. They will be in the RB hail this year and WG is making to rebalance them. A dock is a disadvantage, and without a date, the time of some imaginary future wife of upgrade is just that, imagimnary. Omissions legendary modules arent that great, a few are only but not game showing and others aren't worth taking. Sites like a silly reason to not present the game tbh. So to try, my 2 friends who want to start talking will be disadvantaged with no other in sight to my legendary upgrades How upwards would your friends get to T10. They have stated they would not to user the R. I have not been studied to find an article using the whole story around the removal of the Contiguous Upgrades and what the plans are for the basic.
